Cooling-off Period & Returns

You may wish to return your order for various reasons. Perhaps the product does not meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancelling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Once we have received the returned item in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs.

The cost of returning the item from your address to our webshop is your own responsibility.

Return shipping costs are approximately €5.32 per parcel. Please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after your return request, provided that we have received the returned product in good condition.

If the product or its packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Retourbeleid

Vandaag vóór 17:00 uur besteld = morgen in huis!

Bestelt u op een werkdag vóór 17:00 uur, dan wordt uw bestelling de volgende werkdag geleverd. Iedere bestelling wordt verzonden met een Track & Trace-code, zodat u uw pakket eenvoudig kunt volgen.

Let op: De minimale bestelwaarde bij Hairwaxshop bedraagt €10,00.

Bedenktijd & Retourneren

Het kan voorkomen dat u een bestelling wilt retourneren. Misschien voldoet het product niet aan uw verwachtingen of heeft u een andere reden om de bestelling terug te sturen. Wat de reden ook is, u heeft het recht uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgave van reden, te annuleren.

Na annulering heeft u nog eens 14 dagen de tijd om het product naar ons terug te sturen.

Na ontvangst van het geretourneerde product ontvangt u het volledige aankoopbedrag, inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten, terug. De kosten voor het retourneren van uw adres naar onze webshop zijn voor uw eigen rekening.

De retourkosten bedragen gemiddeld €5,32 per pakket. Raadpleeg de website van uw vervoerder voor de actuele tarieven.

Wanneer u gebruikmaakt van uw herroepingsrecht, verzoeken wij u het product, inclusief alle geleverde accessoires en – indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan ons te retourneren.

Wij storten het verschuldigde bedrag uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na uw retouraanmelding terug, mits wij het product in goede staat hebben ontvangen.

Is het product of de verpakking meer beschadigd dan nodig is om het product te beoordelen, dan kunnen wij de waardevermindering van het product in rekening brengen. Behandel het product daarom zorgvuldig en zorg ervoor dat het goed verpakt wordt teruggestuurd.

Product ruilen

Wilt u een product ruilen? Dat is uiteraard mogelijk.

Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via info@hairwaxshop.com of telefonisch via 070 889 0151. Zolang uw bestelling nog niet is verzonden, proberen wij het afleveradres voor u aan te passen.
